Bulma's time was too short

I never imagined I would be making this post so soon. I am utterly heartbroken to say that Bulma has passed away. She was only with us for three weeks, but in such a short time she gripped our hearts tightly. I write this with a heavy heart and tear filled eyes. It appears she went in her sleep, possibly a heart attack, I do not yet know. She was such a young ham, this is very unexpected and I am devastated at her passing.

We were still getting to know each other, and sure we had a few setbacks but she was a very sweet girl, very willing to be pet and get attention from us. I am sorry we did not have more time together, I thought we would be together for a few years at the least. I hope in my heart she felt no pain, and I am so sad and so sorry that I was not home with her when she passed. I wish I could have given you one last rub between the ears my sweet girl. These are the last pictures that we took of our girl.

Rest well our beautiful baby, mommy and daddy love you so very much.

Very sudden, I could not believe it when I got home. Her daddy was bringing her home a special present today, and extra large cardboard tube to play in. Poor sweet girl :'(.

I am so very sorry for your loss. It is always hard to lose a hammy but it is the hardest of all to lose one so young.

I hope it was not from the Whimzee as I lost three 8 week old pups when they vigorusly chewed on whimzees I gave them. The Vet found their stomachs full of whimzee bits and undigested pieces with all three and suggested to avoid Whimzees until the pup is full grown at around or near 6 months old. All three of my dead pups were running about playing on their wheels and chewing their new Whimzees like crazy, and the next evening were all found dead asleep in their nest.
