Don't think of it as if he's passed away but just passed on. On to a pain-free life where he can play with his hamster friends and run on a neverending wheel until his heart's content. He will be here, on the Rainbow Bridge, until he can see you again. Then you will cross the bridge together. I am truly sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry for your loss & know how much you miss him but he is pain free now, try to take comfort in that, I'm sure he knew how much he was loved & he lives on in your heart.

Hello katjacks, It's especially hard to lose a hammy, or any pet, around the holidays. Trying to be cheerful while your heart hurts is hard to do. At least he is out of pain now. Over time it will be all the good memories you treasure. {hugs} Play well at the Bridge little Max.
