Chunkie
I found Chunkie curled up in his house yesterday afternoon. He was in his forever sleep, though only a year old. I can only guess he had a heart attack and I hope he went quickly and peacefully.
He has been here since February after his owners could no longer look after him. He was the most laid back little gentleman and loved by everyone that met him. Even though he did not find his forever home I am honoured to of had him with me these past few months, I already miss giving him his daily belly tickle and seeing him poke his face out of his home.
I'm glad he had the chance to experience s better life here with me and I hope he plays well over the bridge with my other hamsters.

Re: Chunkie
Aw I'm sure he considered you his forever home and went in peace. He certainly looked happy in that pic.

Re: Chunkie
Thank you all - I really miss my little man, I cleaned out his cage the other day and nearly put bedding back in...that was a little sad.
