brand new 11" Wodent Wheel for Sale

I have a brand new, never used 11" Wodent Wheel for sale. I ordered an 8" from Ebay and was sent the wrong size in error. Unfortunately, the seller isn't getting back to me about how to exchange it so I thought I'd post it for sale here. I'm not looking to make a profit, only to recoup some of what I spent. I would like to sell it for $15 (I paid $20) plus the cost of shipping. I reside in the United States, in PA. It's light blue running track with black panels. These are difficult, if not impossible, to find in stores so please let me know if you are interested!
