Syrian breeder in kent uk?

Hi
I will be looking for a new hammy soon. Once new cage and accessories arrive.
I would like to know if anyone knows if i have any other options for syrian hamsters in kent other than pets at home.
Ideally i would like a short haired female.
I dont mind travelling a bit.

It depends on how far you can travel. If there is no suitable breeder in Kent, then you can always visit a hamster show. You can either try and buy from the sales table at the show, or you can arrange with a breeder who is going to the show anyway to collect a hamster at the show.

Have a look at the National Hamster Council website. All the shows are listed there. The next one I know of in the south is called the Real London I think. On September 12th. It is actually near Bracknell I think so not far from the M4-if you drive. It sounds like a big show and I suspect many breeders who would be beyond your reach normally might well be going.
