Hello
Hi everyone,
Just joined this forum as looking to share and find out information about hamsters. I have a Syrian hamster called Timmy, although he is not a long-haired one, he definitely has more hair than a normal one so I believe he is a mixed breed. Had him since November 2019. Not my first hamster, my last one was over 10 years ago but I wanted a pet and he keeps me company.

Re: Hello
Hi & welcome to HC
Look forward to hearing more about Timmy.
Long hair in hams is down to genetics not species but I believe the coat length can vary.
