Unhappy Syrian Hamster - monkey barring :(

Hi everyone, i could really use some help and advice.

My syrian hamster who is about 12 weeks, is set up in the ikea detolf with a wooden mesh lid i made. She has a large sand bath, 10 inch wheel, over 7 inches of paper bedding and on the other side over 6 inches of aspen, along with loads of bendy bridges, tunnels, chews ect. She is scatter fed and I make boredom breakers for her such as toilet roles stuffed with food. Since I have had her she's been obsessed with scratching and pawing at the glass, constantly trying to escape. Now I have added in more toys it means in parts she can reach the top of the lid and is obsessed with monkey baring and climbing up onto the mesh. Each time she falls off back onto the floor. This is so upsetting to me as I really want to do the best for her and make her happy but i know this is a sign of stress and boredom. I also have a large run that i set up with toys and a wheel ect and let her out for sometimes 2 hours a night. At first I thought this was just her getting used to her new cage but im not sure anymore Any advice on my set up or anything at all I could do to remedy this would be so so appreciated.

Just to note I cannot get a larger cage, this is the largest that will fit in my space

Please help with any advice or if anyone has experiences that are similar, this is honestly breaking my heart
