Share your hamster enclosure for inspiration
Hi everyone, I have attached some photos of my syrian hamster Georgies cage. It is 80cmx50cmx38cm and is the savic ruffy 2 cage. What do you think?
I'd love for you to share photos of your hamsters cages so I can get some inspiration and ideas on ways to make georgies cage more exciting 😊
(Note: every evening he also goes in his play pen which is also pictures, I put some more of the toys from his cage in there as well when it comes to this time)

it is the Savic Orbital, it's great for an older or wobbly hamster as it is quite wide. I use it for my arthritic leg splayed little syrian hamster Star, it means her legs don't hit the side of the wheel like they do in a thinner wheel like the trixie wheel.
Hi Hamster babies and welcome, I hope Georgie is liking his cage set up.

Hi Ria P
Thank you, Georgie seems happy
Your set up is so great, I love the string with the pine cones and chew toys on I think I am going to try something similar!

Hi!
Yes that's the one I got it off amazon. It is a great wheel, was a bit loud when I first got it but I put a bit of oil on it and it's pretty much silent now.
Georgie is really happy in his cage, only got him about 2 weeks ago but he seems very relaxed and enjoying the space 😊 I am constant wanting to improve my hammys cages though...i also have a little roborovski called Tony and he has a similar set up.

As cosmic hamsters YouTube channel says below it is the savic orbital wheel 😊 you can buy it off amazon. It is a really good size and the design makes me feel safer that he is protected from flying off.
