Hi! I'm new :)
Hello Everyone,
I'm happy to be part of a group that loves hamsters as much as I do. I had a hamster when I was four years old. OK, my sister who was 16 had a hamster and she shared him with me. His name was Teddy.
I guess you might say I've come full circle as I bought a hamster in October of 2019. She's a beautiful calico Syrian named Ivy. I really enjoy her, but need a little support. Hamsters are special creatures with needs unlike other pets I have had, dogs, cats, and guinea pigs.
I came across hamster central during a google search for tips about building a cage out of a bin. I'm looking forward to learning from and hopefully helping fellow hamster fans.
