Exclamation My hamster’s toe is cut

Hello, my hamster’s toe got caught in between something and started bleeding afterwards, the cut seems to have healed a bit, but is there any advise anyone can give other than keeping an eye out for infection?

You could try bathing it with thyme tea which is a natural antiseptic and slightly antibiotic.

If it's healing I wouldn't worry too much, keep an eye on it just in case, if you need to you could bath it with saline, I wouldn't use anything else for a ham.
Check the cage to see if you can find what he may have hurt himself on & remove it if you do find something.
