Unhappy HELP, my hamster has a weird black lump on testicles

My hamster has a small black lump in the middle of his testicles, could it be rectal prolapse? It looks small and dry, about the size of hamster poop, but that is not his poop hole, so I don’t know what it is. Also he seems just a tad bloated.
Can someone help with what this may be?

It could be a number of things and you should seek vet attention very soon to find out exactly what is going on. Try and find an exotic vet who knows more about small animals.

Sounds stupid but are you 100% sure it's not poo that's dried and stuck there?

If not call round the vets
