Hello! Reluctant Hamster Dad
Hello!
My name is Dave and I have a 12 week old hamster named fluffy.
My daughter wanted him and I was very much against it but here I am.
I've recently given up the majority of my office so he can have a detolf cage 😂
Looking forward to sharing the journey with you all

Hello and welcome. My OH was very much against stepson having a hamster. We ganged up on him lol. And he ended up being a big soppy thing about the hamster and was very upset when he passed. We're now a hamster family  Had three now.
Lucky Fluffy having a detolf! Anything you want to know, fire away. They are actually fascinating little things with their own individual personalities and great visual communicators. Fluffy will have you wrapped round his little fingers!

I hadn't heard of a Detolf. This is what I want to get! What an amazing habitat! Have to measure if I can fit them in our rooms! Thank you new hammie dad for being such a great dad and for the head's up a Detolf exists
