Default I think my hamster has something

Today, while i was playing with Spike, my hamster, i noticed that one of his right (left in the pics) "cheek" looked odd. It seems like it doesnt hurt him when i touch but it looks really odd. Also, he sneezed a lot today. I'm really getting worried. Can someone please help me?(btw, sorry for my English, it's my 2nd language + btw, i'm new to the site and don't really know how to use it so sorry if the post format is odd)

Looks like he just had something in his pouch. Have you noticed if it's there all the time?

I think it looks like something in her pouch.
They do store food in their for later.
Keep an eye if it's been in their for too long but they should take it out when they want to eat it.
