Hi! 😁
My name is Amaranth, and today I bought a hairless hamster and named him Hamilton! First time hamster owner, but I did own rats (2 girls, then 2 boys) so I know about general rodent care.

Hi & welcome to HC 
Caring for hairless hamsters really can be quite a challenge, have you done much research into that? Keeping warm & having delicate skin that is easily damaged are the main concerns so you do need to take great care setting up the cage, soft substrate & nothing with rough edges, they can have problems with diet & maintaining weight so some extra protein is needed in their diet, slightly more fat than a normal hamster diet may be beneficial too.
They are quite a rare anomaly so not something I have experience with but I do hope he'll do well with you.

I have researched it. I've been careful about what toys he can have, what snacks will help him, and what temperature my room should be. He seems happy, and full of too much energy!
