My hamster's fur is different
Hey everyone, i'm new here.Recently i noticed something different about my boy's fur. Sadly, I don't know his age. i checked for fleas or mites but i didn't find any, I would appreciate your help.

Can you describe what you mean by different? Hive more details?
The fur looks OK in those pics. Baby hamsters have a slightly different texture of coat to adults - more soft and downie. When they moult at 10-12 weeks you may find it is differerent. Also when they change summer to winter coat the coat differs and sometimes you even see a slight cokour change or moult line as the coat changes along the body. You have a cinnamon banded hammy there and it can be noticeable on cinnamon coats. Colour can brighten or dull as they change.
