Hello Everyone. My name is Dalis. I'm going back to university soon and will be awfully lonely so I decided to get a tiny furry friend. I'm thinking of getting a Djungarian Dwarf or Robo. Most likey female. I've come up with a list of names. so, hi, again. Let me know what you think of the names

1. Primrose
2. Persephone
3. Isodora
4. Athena

(Yes, long names for something so tiny)

Hi and welcome to HC! Best of luck at the university and congrats on being a soon-to-be ham parent. I look forward to getting to know and see your little fluff whenever he/she settles in more. I love all of the names that you are debating between and agree with Cypher that it is often easier to make that final choice once you choose the ham and see his/her personality. I often let my fluffies choose their own name by playing a game with them to see which name they respond best to. I think that is a fun way to have them be a part of the naming process, too. Good luck and have tons and tons of fun at the university and with your wonderful new ham companion. I look forward to seeing you around on the forum.

Congratulations on going to university! Hamsters are such great companions and you can really make a strong bond with them! I wouldn’t suggest owning a robo for your first hamster as they very speedy by nature and are generally hard to tame. Of course it’s ups to you though! I live all the names and especially love Primrose! Like cypher said, I’m sure the right name will come to you when you bring hom your furry friend! If you have any questions or concerns feel free to ask! I’m very exited to be seeing more of you and your future furry friend around the HC!
