I have the Alexandra cage from zoo plus so its pretty huge, my hamster has a cardboard tube, 3 houses, a wheel, a hanging chew toy, a cardboard ball, wooden bridge, a toilet tissue paper hideout egg thing I made, wooden hanging bridge and a step climbing frame with bells

You could use cork tunnels or tubes, sputniks either hanging or as floor hideouts, rat tubes like this one (although it might be better to hang with string, avoid chains), bendy bridges are always good too.

Serendipity has some really nice things in Newt's cage, that might give you ideas.

A large sand/digging area. Tubes and hides. You could add another shelf/platform.

As my Russian dwarf liked to go up the ramp along the shelf and then jump off the other end. I brought a long narrower bendy bridge/ladder and used it as another ramp. It goes at the other end of the shelf so there is two ways to get onto and off the shelf.. it also allows him to sit at one of the small doors. I use that door to let him come out and go back in. He uses it as a treat begging area.
