Brand new hamster mum!
Hi,
I’m Vicki and I have just got a baby Syrian hamster today, he’s sleeping in his new cage at the moment,
I’m excited to have him and wanted to find out more about hamsters so found this forum, I think it’s a him 🤔
Anyway I hope I’ll get to know you guys.

Thanks guys. He’s in his wheel now and keeps sitting in it and staring at us!! Like “this is mine” lol
I can’t wait to put my hand in. I’ll do that in a few days and just let him do his thing

He is settling in well. You could offer him some food/treat through the bars. He may come over and take it.

He hides behind his house when I go near the cage, I’m so worried of scaring him. I’ll leave him be till tomorrow night and offer some food then.
