Eeeeep! I just put a tiny blueberry up to the bars he ignored it and is running in his wheel lol I think he thinks I’ll take the wheel away
I’ve left the berry stuck in the bars. The wheel seems all encompassing atm

He may get over the wheel obsession once he settles in and discovers other things he likes.

The blueberry may have to wait lol.

Hi & welcome to you & Peanut

They do often go mad for the wheel when you first bring them home!
Just spend time talking to him if he runs & hides when you go near the cage & leave him a treat (just a sunflower seed or something) to find, he should soon get used to your voice. Don't be too afraid to put your hand in the cage, just keep it still & see if he'll come to you, if not then wait a while & try again.
I'm sure he'll soon be gaining confidence & settling in well.
