Hamster looks like it's peeing puss?
My baby hamster who's gender is tbd has a little pouch of puss looking stuff that when I lightly squeezed emitted large amounts of yellowish puss like substance. This is my first hamster and I don't know what to do.

I would get him/her to a vet for a check up, where did you get your Hammy from? If it from P@H they offer a free health check in the first week of ownership.

I think that female hams someimes get some disharge which looks like that. At least, my friend’s female syrian did. I have never had a girl myself. I am sure others who have had girls will be able to advise if this is the case with your ham.

It sounds as if it could be pyometra, a womb infection which is very serious. I would take her/him to the vet asap as whatever it is needs investigating. Good luck. Hope all goes well. Please let us know.

No I've had Syrians before and currently and this has never happened. Please take her to the vet ASAP.

Female hamsters do occasionally get discharge, but this isn't normal. It could be pyo, or another similar infection. She really needs to be taken to an exotics vet ASAP
