Re: Hi everyone!
UPDATE: I bought 2 new bin cages for Mu and Mel, both 72 cmx 42 cm, and the trixie wheel that cypher recommended.
Mel seemed very calm at her new home, but Mu was very scared and very stressed at first, running back and forth, and I was quite nervous that his new house wasn't going to be good enough. But I put a bit more substrate and he started to relax a little and dig a hole to sleep under his wheel.
For the food, I'm thinking about ordering the one that cypher recommended as well, but, in the meantime, I bought one from vitalcraft which seemed a bit better, having more specific ingredients and even the percentage of protein and such.
So, what do you guys think? Should I be worried about Mu running up and down and trying to find a way out? Or is it just the stress of moving house? Let me know.

Re: Hi everyone!
It's most likely just the stress of the move, it's normal for them to be a bit out of sorts after a change like that but he should settle down in a few days

Re: Hi everyone!
He is a bit stressed, but should settle soon. If you can keep the layout the same as in his old bin. It may help.

Wow, that was very quick! Well done for such a smooth transition
I hope you don't mind me asking, but is English your first language? You sound like a native speaker

Re: Hi everyone!
I agree with the others, it's normal for them to be a bit stressed by a cage change & being separated but they do soon settle down, best just to leave them to it, don't make any changes to the cage unless something really isn't right & do as little cleaning as possible for at least a month so they can make themselves at home in the new cages.

Re: Hi everyone!
I agree with the others, give him some time to adjust to the cage change.

Re: Hi everyone!
Okay, thank you guys! I feel much more relieved!
Mu is much better today, he even ate a bit of cabbage from my hand, so I think he's slowly getting used to his new home.
Mel is still really scared of me though, but I'll give her some time, I'm sure she'll eventually get used to me.

Thank you so much! That actually means the world, haha!
No, portuguese is my first language, however it's a very close second as I've been speaking it since an early age. Besides, it's kind of weird, but most of the time I can even express myself better in english than in portuguese for some reason!
Lol, I just like english way too much, haha (maybe I was born in the wrong place, who knows)
