I'm so sorry you went through that with Mickey

unfortunately, pet shops often aren't stringent enough with their breeding practises or in the way in which they treat their animals. I recently suffered a heartbreak when my hamster, who was from Pets at Home, died prematurely due to a suspected genetic defect.

So, I think getting your next ham from your friend who breeds is a really good idea. Hope to hear about your next little furry friend when you get them

My heart goes out to you, what a shock for you losing Mickey that way.
Your friend who breeds syrians is very kind offering you one and I hope you take up the offer.

Hi guys, thank you so much for your kind words, I hope Mickey is alright now

At least he's not suffering anymore. I have recently accepted the Syrian my friend has given me. His name is Weasley, and he has really adorable long fur. He's about 9 months old and is really tamed

I am so so sorry to hear what happened to little Mickey, I am glad you accepted Weasley he does look a handsome and cute little dude.
I truly hope that where ever Mickey is now is having fun and sharing his own brand of Mickeyness....

I am pleased that your friend kindly gave you Weasley to comfort you. What a wonderful friend, and I hope Weasley will have many happy years with you. BTW, Eros says, "Hi!".
