How long would you guys wait to start training a hamster like her?
the standard time is a week, but she seems like she just wants to get started..

Maybe it's just me being impatient :-S

she doesn't mind the hand, as long as it isn't chasing her ;-P
but she doesn't investigate it. she just kind of sits there and looks at it..
She actually made a halfhearted attempt to take the cheese from my fingers earlier

that's the fifth sunflower seed she takes from me! that's amazing
she still hasn't figured out the best way to open them, and it seems to have become a game to her. If I keep my hand down there she throws the seed and starts investigating my hand

Next step could be having your hand flat with the seed on it or have your hand flat and hold the seed above your hand.

I tried her with a sugarfree milkdrop on a flat hand. she will put her front paws on, no problem, but not climb up. I put it between my fingers and let her eat a bit of it, will keep trying, when she seems in the mood

she keeps scratching and washing a lot today. she didn't do that yesterday, or I didn't get to see it at least.
should I be worried, or is it natural behaviour?

Our two other hamsters has had some special circumstances, so I haven't been through a regular taming yet :-S

Oh my goodness she's so tiny! She's sooo adorable Look at her go, already taking treats from you. I wouldn't worry over the scratching and cleaning, hamsters groom quite a lot! Please keep updating us on how she's doing

She is doing well. I thought she may just rest her front paws on you. Once she gets used to that she may then climb on.

She really reminds me of my first hams so much! She's so sweet & settling in so well.
The scratching & grooming is probably her scent marking, settling in & maybe just slightly nervous but unless it goes on for a while of gets worse probably nothing out of the ordinary for a new ham.
