The cage looks pretty good to me

An upright wheel for a hamster is a must, unfortunately a flying saucer won't cover it. I know some wheels can be really noisy and keep us up at night but it isn't really fair to Misty to remove her wheel because it's loud. I don't know if this will work for you, but I sleep with a soft white noise/oscillating fan/humidifier fan noise at night to kind of drown out the noise of my hamsters' wheels. The hams don't seem to mind it. They usually don't come out at night if I don't have my fan on!

Like drago suggested maybe a few more hideouts or toys would be nice if you wish to add some

I've come up with a dolution to it, The wheel was attached to the bars and when it wasn't attached to the bars it was on a shelf. I've moved it onto the substrate and hopefully tonight it will be quieter.....I've changed the cage layout so I will post a picture soon with the updated one

The Cage is looking great. I counted 3 hanging treat bars! Misty's one very lucky girl.
