Unhappy Help what is wrong with my hamster

Im so worried about her. [IMAGE][/IMAGE]
So a little background: im a new hamster owner, just got myfirst hamster bambi on april 7th and after the first like week and a half she was very lively and energetic. We give her at least 30 minutes in her ball every day because she loves it so much.
Fast forward today, i walked i to the room and she was uust laying there? She is all flat and her paws and legs are tucked up underneath her body and her eyes are kinda squinted. Ill include a picture in the morning. If i put my hand in, she will perk up, and she seems normal when in her ball but when i leave her in her cage she will start doing that thing again. Keep in mind its midnight and she would usually be sprinting on her wheel.
Is she sick? Bored? Im so confused!

If she's running in her wheel it doesn't sound as though she's ill, has anything changed in her cage, have you moved things around or done a full cage clean or anything like that?
What's the temperature in the room where her cage is? If they get too hot or too cold that can cause them problems.
Is she eating & drinking normally?
Just guessing really as there isn't much to go on, a photo might help when you can post one.

Hello, Angelisodaa! Are there any other unusual behaviors or symptoms of illness that you have witnessed? Are there any changes in her environment which occurred at or just prior to the time when she began acting differently in her cage? Does she only act in her usual manner while in her hamster ball? Whenever you have a chance, any pics that you can post would be quite beneficial. Please keep us updated. I will be hoping that she is her usual, active self in her cage again soon.

That's exactly what she was doing. whenever she was doing this and in her cage, she was moving reeeaaally show but when she was in her ball she was running reealllyy fast. shes about 3 months old. she still eats and drinks regularly and will take treats from my hand. the only change I can think of is that the room was slightly warmer than usual but nothing crazy.

Really not sure tbh, my first though was that her behaviour could just be down to nervousness.
30 minutes in the ball is a long time even with breaks & really doesn't offer them much other than exercise & some run more to escape than from enjoyment, if you can I would set up a safe play area for her where you can interact with & observe her better, puts lots of toys & things for her to explore in their for her & it will provide much more in the way of enrichment as well as giving you a better chance to check her behaviour & general health.

ye but like we do 15 minutes earl in the morning and 15 minutes at night. also she never wants to get out, like when we put her ball in her cage so she can get out, she always walks the other way. I will definitely designate a safe room for her to run around in.

Based on my past experience with hamsters, a few of mine would do that when they were too hot or the room was too hot. What temp is the room at? It could be too warm.
