Hi everyone, just setting up before I buy.
Hi, my name is Lee. The last time I had a hamster was two years ago and I really miss them so I'm taking the plunge again. Yey😁
I've only ever had three syrians in the past so I have a bit of knowledge. Hopefully will find lots of help here getting started again. I've just ordered my cage, it comes tomorrow, it's the Ferplast Maxi Duna Multy. The bigger the better I feel. So excited😆
So that's where I am. I'm just looking for breeders now. I've had two petshop and one pedigree and after those experiences I only want a pedigree this time.
I would like either a syrian or winter white. I live in Lancashire, Lytham St Annes.
So I'm gonna set up my cage with lots of toys and everything else so it's all ready.

I love the multy duna maxi. One of my fave cages. Look forward to seeing it set up. Guess you will have to decide which species of hamster you are getting so you can get the right sized toys and wheel.

Hi Lee yes you will find plenty of info on hamster keeping and care on HC. The multy duna maxi is a nice cage and a good size. All the best for finding the right hammy. The northern hamster club list of breeders should certainly be able to help you find the right one near you.
