Wink Hello :)

Hi everyone!

I am new here! I am proud mummy for dog called Ula, cat called Toffee and now Syrian hamster called Monty.
I was recently doing a lot of research about hamsters, however Monty came in my life much sooner than expected (I found him in the woods, severely dehydrated while walking Ula). Took him to vets where got asked if I would like to adopt him... to which I could not say no.
continue about me... I am 26 years old, early years educator who loves books, animals and spending time outdoors.

Hi! You found a hamster in the woods? That's terrible that someone abandoned a hamster, lucky you found him. Great that you took him to the vet and adopted him. You must have a big heart Congratulations on Monty!

I did. Well, my dog did. Vet reckons he was about 11-12 weeks at the time... poor fella. I had him now about a month now and I'm so in love with him <3

Hello
Congrats on rescuing and adopting Monty - he is so lucky that your dog found him so that you could give him the loving home that he deserves.

Hi & welcome to HC

That must have been quite a surprise to find Monty in the woods like that, great to hear you've adopted him & given him the good home he deserves.

Thank goodness your dog found him, Monty's one lucky ham. Now he has a forever home with you where he'll be spoiled rotten and loved unconditionally.
I can't help but think that someone deliberately let him go in the woods.
