Help is my hamster pregnant

Adopted a hamster from a women today and long story short I think she's pregnant, the women just said she was chubby and makes nest a lot everywhere and she is only 20weeks and looks massive, she's got a belly bump and when she walks her sides are bloated?

I think it would be wise to ask the previous owner of there is any chance she is pregnant or has been near or with a male hamster in the last two weeks. Is there another hamster in the household she came from? If not then I would say you should see a vet because bulging sides like this could be an illness. The most likely is a womb infection or pyometra where the womb is full of pus. Other things are kidney problems causing bloating, heart failure or tumours making her sides bulgy. If she has been with a male then you need to prepare her for a litter. Gestation is 16 days but if she is showing so much she is at least 12days gone already so litter would be due withing the next 4 or 5 days at maximum I would say.
