Hi & welcome to HC

Congrats on getting Coco, she really does look lovely, look forward to hearing more about her.

If you browse around the forum you'll find lots of ideas for all those things, in brief the best food for a syrian is Harry Hamster as a main mix, many of us use Fitch as substrate it's lovely for the hams & virtually dust free unlike many others, it does come in big bags but is very economical in the long run.
Toys can be tricky as most sold for hams tend to be a bit small for syrians & you need to look at things that are more rat or guinea pig size!

My Syrians seem to ignore most toys and prefer the packaging instead :P
