Re: New 😊
Hi & welcome to HC
Where are you? If you tell us what country you're in we can suggest some good cages for your little dwarf hams.

Re: New 😊
One option regardless of country would be a pair of Ikea Lack side tables for each dwarf hamster on their own. Each dwarf would get around 800 square inches/half a square meter of space to themselves instead of something like a Detolf which gives considerably less space if divided and costs far more. These can also be stacked to save space which is very useful when you don't have much space at all.
If they're already together though, keep in mind that a dwarf hamster on their own can be given a lot more variety when it comes to enrichment and if separated they will be perfectly fine plus there are so many risks that become eliminated with single dwarf hamsters!

Re: New 😊
They'd be perfectly fine if separated actually so it isn't bad to separate hamsters

Re: New 😊
If you're hams are getting along fine together then you don't need to separate them Stocks although it is a good plan to have a second cage ready just in case they do fall out at some point as this often happens as they mature & want their own space, if they do need to be separated they live happily alone so don't worry about that.
While they're together the general advice for pair cages is a bit different to single hams, you don't want anything too big & it needs to be a single level with no tubes or areas they may get territorial over, there are tank style cages or barred cages that would be suitable.
For tank style cages something like the Duna multy would probably be good or for barred cages perhaps something like the Hamster Heaven (without using the tubes or penthouse) or the Savic Micky, these are all a good size without being too big & would be suitable for a pair set up.

Re: New 😊
Have a look on zooplus website. They have some nice cages and often have reduced prices on cages.
Also look at the cages thread(s) to see what cages others have and how much space there is for toys, houses, wheels etc.
You could find a cage you want to buy and then look for a secondhand one in the style you want.
There are IKEA furniture items that cage make good hamster cages/tanks with some diy involved. Like the detolf/billy bookshelf extension etc. YouTube has tutorials on how to setup/make these.
Detolf is 163cm long. But could be divided if the hamsters need separating later due to fighting.
