Introduction :)
Hey guys, sorry I haven't introduced myself yet! I've been really busy panicking over every little thing my new hammy does. Things are quieter now.
So, my name is Lydia and my boyfriends name is Jordan, and we just adopted our first pet together! (As a couple anyway, I've had dogs before.) We are both students currently and working part time.
While I was away on vacation last week I got a FaceTime request from Jordan. He mad it sound absolutely URGENT, so I dropped everything to see what was wrong. Turns out he wanted to surprise me with a hamster that I had been begging to get for weeks! He couldn't wait one more day for me to get home lol. I fell in love with her immediately. She is a Syrian hamster, who we have not quite agreed on a name for yet. He calls her Winry (like FMA, Rockbell) and I am not quite sold on it yet. Maybe it will grow on me, but in still thinking of other names.
Thank you to everyone for being so helpful. Research can only help so much you know? I'm sure there will be more questions to come.
