Hamster happiness!

Hello,

I decided to get a hamster as I got a job that meant moving away from my friends and family.
It was a great decision as I've only had little Ruble (like the Russian currency) for 3 weeks but he's brought me so much joy.
He wakes up some mornings before I go to work to say hi and see if I've put out any tasty food and he's making great progress with taming. I can now stroke him and he has let me pick him up a couple of times.
I really enjoy our evening play sessions and it's been so much fun to see him grow in confidence and size!
It's also meant spending time on forums and getting advice from the lovely community here. I would have made so many mistakes if it wasn't for this forum!

I didn't think such a tiny creature could have such a big impact!
