A tablespoon is the rough rule of thumb for Syrians mine gets a slightly overfilled tablespoon each night.

Start with that, and observe their eating habits: if they eat everything and you can't find any stored food, feed them more. If you find they're hoarding a very large amount, feed less. You want to find the balance where they can eat their fill and still be able to store a bit of it away, but not too much as that can encourage over-eating hope you find this useful!

A tablespoon a day seems to be enough.

With Ziggy though, I know I've fed him enough when he lets go of my finger.

I'd also agree with a tablespoon My two dwarfs share a cage and they get one tablespoon first thing on a morning before they go back to bed and they get one at night, along with some fresh veggies every couple of days or a mealworm each and a couple of pumpkin seeds.

No I'd still say a tablespoon for a dwarf too, although they're smaller than the Syrian they have a faster metabolism so they burn it off quicker (this is what I've read anyways), my dwarfs get roughly 1 tablespoon each and they're a healthy size
