Question Hello from Northern Ireland!

Hello everyone, I thought I should finally introduced myself! I'm a hamster lover from Northern Ireland, and currently only have two dwarves after moving from Scotland.

I would LOVE another Syrian, but after vowing never to buy from another pet shop or irresponsible breeder im finding it quite difficult. As far as I'm aware theres only one registered breeder over here who nobody can seem to get in touch with, so I presume they're no longer producing litters

Has anybody ever transported a hamster from somewhere else? If so, how?

Thanks!

Hi, Phoenix Ashes Hamstery is the only one I know of, I am not sure if they are producing litters, but if they do, it's only two or three a year. I haven't heard of any other breeder but I have got most of my hamsters from P@H adoption centre in belfast r a family-run pet shop which are actually very good. If you want I could tell you were the family-run place is so if you want to PM me I could tell you were abouts it is

Phoenix Ashes no longer breed. But I do! All mine come with a four generation pedigree. I currently have a litter of dominant spot and a litter of golden banded. Send me a wee PM if your interested. I'm located near Belfast.

Welcome to HC. I'm also from Northern Ireland. All of my past and present hams have come from P@H adoptions. My Syrian, Shadow is a gem!

I recently got a very tame baby syrian from a breeder near Belfast. He doesn't bite either (the hamster, not the breeder!) Pm if you would like more details.
