hello
Hi everyone. We recently (4 days ago)received a hamster from a friend of my daughter's after they decided they did not want him anymore. He is our first hamster and I've found this forum very helpful in that short amount of time. We believe he is a Syrian hamster but are not quite sure. Hopefully hanging out here will help us figure it out.

Re: hello
Welcome! And how lovely that Scuddles has found a home that deserves him! I'm fairly new here & awaiting a hamster in a few weeks time which will be my first once for over 9 years & I have found this forum is the bees knees in modern hamster care. Everyone is really helpful & kind & there are some amazing ideas as inspiration in the DIY section.
