Still in the planning phase
Hi all. I'm planning on getting a hamster (a Campbell). I have already started gathering materials for a DIY bin cage, including bolts, washers and plastic mesh (It was the hardest I could find and I'm planning that it will be out reach). I'm planning it to have 2 stories with a pipe or 2 connecting them. I also have an old terrarium that I might connect at a later time.

Welcome from another newcomer! I'm in same position - planning for a Syrian & been busy last few days getting a bin, mesh & odds & sods to make fixtures, fittings & toys. It's great fun, even without a hamster to move in yet.

Welcome to Hamster Central Jerricko! It sounds like some hamster is going to be very lucky and happy. Getting everything ready before hand is smart. Be sure to take photos of your DIY  And the hammy too
