Default Hello

Heya all im pixi,
I live in Cheshire UK with my 4 beautiful bunnies and 17 rats and a turtle.
I recently lost my little hamster Vaerys.
and have decided im going to get another, but first i want to mesh the old guinea pig cage and make a big house for him.
so i predominantly joined for ideas and to meet others who love little fuzzies like i do

Hi Pici, welcome! Are you going to get a dwarf or a Syrian? I meshed one of my Guinea Pg cages as well. Problem I had was there were a lot of pokey pieces from the wire that scratched me all the time. I still have it though.

That's good, didn't know you could sand down the thick metal. Learning something new! I've been thinking about dwarfs. Never had any before but could be fun. Not sure though.
