Hello newbie here :)
I joined after seeing your awesome thread about cage set ups-they're amazing.I have 6 kids from 17 to 2.5 and lots of pets....a dog,Milly, 2 cats, Bingley and Buddy...aaaand the small furries....a Syrian called The Big(girl), a Syrian called Oscar(boy),a female gerbil called Damon(she bites),3 mice called Vervain,Aventura and Petrova(all girls),4 rats called Klaus,Dumbo,Badger and Popcorn(boys) and tropical fish
I have a mini Duna fun spare and am so tempted by 2 Roborovski's in the adoption section of P@H-never had those before.

Re: Hello newbie here :)
Well some belong to my daughters...Damon belongs to Ola,Oscar belongs to Gosia, the mice belong to Ela,Klaus technically belongs to Zosia but he was a rescue and isn't tame yet.The cats and dog are joint pets,as are the fish, though Gosia has expressed the most interest, and the baby rats and The Big are mine

Re: Hello newbie here :)
Welcome to the forum!! What little cuties!!
One thing to say about the mini duna fun. Two robos might not get on with that cage very well. I'm not sure whether you're aware, it's something I didn't know before I became a member, but pairs of dwarf hams are not advised to be kept in a cage together if it has more than one level, or a shelf. This is because they may become territorial with each other over the levels and shelfs. Also with pairs, you ideally want a cage such as the wilkinsons bin cage, a zoozone 1 (or 2) or something around that size in floor space.
Sorry if none of that makes sense, don't hesitate to ask questions on keeping pairs, many members on here succesfully keep pairs

Re: Hello newbie here :)
Welcome to the boards! I'm new here myself, but even still I welcome you! It's great to see an active forum board on Hamsters, so I'm sure we'll all have a blast here sharing pictures, sharing knowledge, and even showcasing things!
Once again, welcome!
P.S. cute pics! They are all very adorable!
