Default Heyyy!

Hey guys, I'm Matt and I own a Syrian Hamster named Fudge who is roughly 11 months old. I let him run around my room freely, without a ball for as long as he likes. I place his cage on the floor and he is free to run around my room and stuff, this makes him extremely hyper and he gets really fast and darty. He also likes to climb up the walls which you can see a photo of in the few I have uploaded below:

More pics soon

Welcome Matt and Fudge

Fudge seems very active - is he doing a spiderman impression in that last photo? Nice pictures!

And a fellow Bristolian (well I'm not a Bristolian really as I just live here.....and I'm moving just outside the city to North Somerset.....but still, hello!)

Em x

Yeah, I had him out 2 days ago and i suddently saw this thing crawling up my wall in the corner of my eye, i freaked out and it was fudge. I started laughing histerically and this was about 2am so I had to keep the noise down, I quickly grabbed my camera and got that pic. He did get higher than that, about 30 cm off the floor but he dropped (onto a soft surface) before I could get the pic.

Yeah - I noticed you were from Bristol, I got all excited when I noticed lol.

Welcome Matt and Fudge!!

Fudge is so cute! I like the silly captions you added under the pictures hehe. My first hamster was named Teddy, and I use to have a room in the basement of our house, It was completely hamster escape proof so I use to let her run loose down there, she had a nest of tissues under one of my small book shelves.

:P yeah. It's so nice just seeing them run around freely without a ball or anything. And they seem to do weird stuff like in Fudge's case, climb up the walls.
