Re: All About My Treacle
I'm so sorry that lovely Treacle has injured her eye. I will be praying with all of my heart that it isn't too serious and she recovers completely and quickly. Huge get well cuddles to your cutie pie and plenty of hugs to you. I absolutely love all of the cute and festive pics of Treacle. She looks like she is having a wonderful time gobbling up some mealworms. Arwen, Hinata, and I wish you and your hamily an amazing first Christmas with you. I'm sure they both will be visited by Santa Paws and truly spoiled, lol. Merry Christmas and Happy 2019!

Re: All About My Treacle
Lovely to see more of Treacle SKB, she looks so sweet in each & every photo, I especially liked seeing her with her shrimps!
Sorry to see she has a problem with her eye, try not to worry too much (easier said than done I know!) this is common in Russians & often these little red lumps seem to disappear all on their own, if you can try bathing her eye with some saline, if it doesn't go fairly soon it may be best to take her to the vet & have it looked at but fingers crossed it will clear up.

Re: All About My Treacle
Just catching up with Treacle thread! Glad to hear it is easier for her to live up her ladder now. What a cute little lady munching on her peas. Lovley Christmas cage SKB! I love the little pudding house and wish we could get them here in the US. Sorry to hear about her eye. Like the others have said, it is quite commo in Russians. My past Russian and Libby have gotten them and I treat it with saline. If it dosen’t go away to soon I would suggest a trip to the vet but, I’m sure it will clear up. Happy Holidays from Libby and I!

Re: All About My Treacle
Thank you to everyone who has posted on this thread. Sadly Treacle passed away yesterday evening - 1st January 2019 from old age. This wasn't the update I was expecting to post.
Please see her memorial thread - Goodbye Treacle!
