Thank you, dreamtree1234, cypher, pinkpixie, mangoandmimi, Coco61, Thin Lizzy and Sasha04, she was a star in her photoshoot albeit she didn't want to hang around for long for photos which I was find with as she doesn't like being away from her cage for too long. Don't worry the treats she left behind were given to her once she was retuned to her cage.

... dreamtree1234, she is a special girl and she does make me so happy when she is so excited to see me - or more like more excited to see what treats I have to offer!. Its so strange having two hamsters as I when I go shopping I have to make sure I buying them the same amount of items as other wise I feel bad. Plus very different adjusting to having a Russian again.

Playtime and Whimzees

I decided to set up a play area for Treacle for times she decides she want a bit of time exploring outside of her cage - which isn't often - but had this box which was the perfect playarea for her which is handy to store on the shelf of the Lack table her cage sits on. One of the day she had playtime I hadn't lined it with fitch and she her feet were slipping as she was stiff back legs that I decided it would be best lined with fitch to aid her plus enables her to climb on top of her toys. Although whilst out she decided to have a wash and I couldn't resist getting some adorable photos ...

The other day when I had gone out to a local independent pet store - which I love going to as they have different toys which are reasonably priced - I had gone their to get the Rosewood seagrass and hyacinth tunnels for Liquorice but whilst there had to get a few things for Treacle too as I didn't wany her to feel left out so bought her a ceramic Christmas pud hideaway, a rosewood grass boot and also decided to get her a seagrass tunnel as she loves to chewing on her hyacinth one. When I got home she was eager to come out so added these items to her play area for her to investigate and explore (although now these are all in her cage as I did a little re-arrange but haven't take photos of yet).

As well as treats, Treacle loves her whimzees - herself and Liquorice both got their first whimzees about 2 months ago and Liquorice still hasn't finished her whereas Treacle is onto her second. This time I have given her a hedgehog and as soon as she discovered it she started attacking it which was adorable as she smaller than it! Even though she just been given a huge whimzee to enjoy she still demanded more treats afterward - she has a ferocious appetite!

Great photos of her having a groom in her little house & it's lovely to see her enjoying her whimzee so much, that hedgehog didn't stand a chance lol! That last photo is really sweet too

Treacle is just beautiful I loved her halloween pictures, especially the one with her little paw up at the broom They are very speedy though, not that I've had a Syrian to compare too but they do like to make it challenging

Aww, Treacle is just too precious and absolutely lovely! OMG, I'm totally having cuteness overload seeing her in all of her gorgeous pics! Those are totally awesome pics of your lovely, teeny princess having a wash. I just love seeing her beautifying herself - not that she needs it of course. I had to smile extra that she pointed the tip of her hind paw out while washing it - too cute! I also giggled with her enjoying her extra large hedgehog chew; I just love watching hams carrying their over-sized chew pals where ever they go. Her last pic was so endearing and sweet. She sure knows how to pull at those heart strings! Treacle definitely has a nice haul of wonderful new toys from your latest shopping spree, lol. I'm sure she will have the greatest time with all of them. I especially love the boot and pudding house.

SKB, these pics of Treacle are so funny, cute and oozing so much love. Her washing herself made me melt. That cheeky little face getting stuck into the hedgehog whimzee made me laugh so much, I've now got the hiccups. So much love and admiration for her.
