I have asked if the thread title could be changed to show the correct name. It is nice that Oliver is getting braver. Hopefully he will continue.

That will be wonderful to have Oliver's name in the title of the thread. I'm sure he will continue to gain in confidence and bravery now that he is on roll. I think it also helps that he is trying to show off to his darling Willow, too.

He was so brave last night. After being hand fed pumpkin seeds, he came out of his cage and into his ball (used for transport purposes). He then came straight out of the ball and let me hold him for a little bit, before going back to his cage.
Even though he let me hold him soon after coming home. He had about one month of not coming out until total darkness and not wanting anything to do with me.
I’m please he is getting brave again.
Willow was held next to Oliver’s cage last night and whisker kisses were exchanged. Love is in the air.

Aww, I'm so glad that Oliver let you hold him some last night, and Willow and Oliver were also able to exchange some whisker kisses, too. How sweet!

Oliver is out and about a bit more. He likes to take food from me through the bars and has had a few brave moments and let me hold and stroke him.
He is still elusive, but I’m pleased that he will come over, rather than running away to hide.
