Re: Meet Willow
Yes she does enjoy an adventure. She is alsopracticing for Christmas Day/Santa Paws visit. She has a little explore, cuddle, run. Then back to bed to sleep and up again in the morning.

Re: Meet Willow
With all that practice, Willow should be well rewarded by Santa Paws on the big night!

Re: Meet Willow
This afternoon one of my nephews was visiting and he had Murphy climb on his hand to take some pumpkin seed. We saw Willow was out to, so I gave her some pumpkin seeds to. After she pouched them, she then sat staring at me instead of going back to bed.
Well I put my hand in her tank and she came over and climbed on. I lifted her out and had a cuddle/stroking session. She was nice and calm so I let her walk from me to my nephew. She was fine being held and stroked by him. He is the first person, other than me who has held her. It’s nice to know she is comfortable enough with handling etc that she is ok being held by someone else.

Willow sounds really confident & calm now, it's great that she's happy to interact with someone new.

Re: Meet Willow
Aww, that is truly special that Willow and your nephew were able to enjoy that special time together. I know it meant a lot to all of you. Willow definitely is deserving of plenty of extra treats and presents from Santa Paws this year, lol.

Re: Meet Willow
I think her love of treats has been put on delivery by the small furry fellow in the red suit.

Re: Meet Willow
Yes the boys have caused a stir since they arrived. I think it's more Oliver than Murphy. Willow and Oliver would like to get together. They sit gazing at each other and have been quite vocal. Almost as if they are having a conversation. Willow is still more of a morning hamster, for coming out to play, have cuddles etc. But will have a quick run on her wheel in the evening.
She had a diva moment earlier. As she was out I offered my hand to see if she would like to come out. I got the look of “I’m busy, why are you interrupting my running” and then she turned her back on me. She waited a few minutes before resuming her running. Then back to bed.
