Re: Algernon
Aw! Such a sweetie! I know black hams aren't the easiest to photograph but these are lovely, he's such a handsome little man

Re: Algernon
Awwww he is so cute, I love black hamsters, and when they are small I love them even more. He reminds me of Jaska, BP's black hamster, but Algernon definitely is braver than Jaska

Haha I was thinking the same He does look like Jaska but he's definitely braver. I'm glad he isn't afflicted with the shy black hamster curse that Blacky and Jaska have lol.
He is gorgeous and very photogenic and I love his little black tail The pics are great I think, they really show him off

Re: Algernon
What a cutie pie! Algernon was the name of my very first hamster, when I was 12!

Re: Algernon
September, Algernon is so handsome. I love his coloring and sweet face. I love all of his pics from both of his threads. I am so glad that he is not too timid and enjoys coming out to play. I also absolutely love the name that AprilPearl suggested for your sweet hammy. I am glad that you chose it. I love the story "Flowers for Algernon". It is also one of my favorite childhood stories, and I find myself crying each and every time I read it. It truly is quite touching and gets to me know matter how many times I read it. I look forward to hearing more about Algernon and seeing pics whenever you have the chance.
