Re: Meet Artie
Thank you for the lovely comments, Artie will be pleased
Artie and the sprouted buckwheat
Artie jumped out his wheel to investigate what I was putting in his cage but didn’t come over to see properly and just jumped back on his wheel. So I left them on his shelf beside his food bowl, curiosity soon got the better of him and he wandered up casually to have a look. He was refined at first observing first class table manners and just taking one out at a time and eating it before taking another. Before long though he jumped in the bowl, all table manners forgotten and gobbled them up!
I is polite hamster with good table manners.
Table manners is boring. I just get in bowl so I can get more food quicker.
Why you looking at me?

Re: Meet Artie
That last photo is brilliant. And he was very cute showing his table manners too. But he looks so tiny inside the bowl! I liked all pictures I'm glad he liked the buckwheat

Re: Meet Artie
Thank you Cypher, Lizzy, Coco, Hamsterita and SKB for your lovely comments
Todays instalment is
Artie and his muscles
Artie is such a funny little ham. He likes to jump around his cage and climb the bars when he’s waiting for his food to arrive. He’s very nosey too. If you’re seeing to something in Max’s cage he’s up on his shelf looking and climbing up to see what’s going on. I used to think Boris was a bit of a daredevil but Artie is something else! When I last weighed him he was 30g, but unlike Jaska who seemed fragile at that weight Artie is stocky and strong looking. He’s like a little muscle man. (The first two pics I'd put on instagram so sorry to those who have seen those two already)
I climb up wigwam with small legs
I climb up here still with small legs and strong arms
I bench press bowl to get strong arm and chest muscles
I relax in hot tub to keep muscles good and warm
I stretch to make legs long
PS I know he doesn’t really have small legs

Re: Meet Artie
Artie really does have muscle!
He looks quite tiny but not in an underweight way at all, I think he's showing off the results from all that working out
He's such a character, a lot of ham in a little package
Artie don't tell your mum & dad but I think I might have to come up to Scotland & hamnap you

Re: Meet Artie
Awww he's too cute. I don't mind if you post here the photos that you've already posted on insta. I usually read the forum on my computer and that way I can see the photos bigger than in my phone.
He looks adorable doing his hamnastics, even he doesn't look so grumpy as usual LOL
