Happy 1st birthday Jaska! He looks very sweet with his sprouts and birthday presents . I love his colouring as well - black seems quite a rare colour with Russians. Also, I really like how his cage is set up with all of his coloured toys.

I loved seeing Jaska with his lovely presents! He looks as adorable as ever and definitely has no need to worry about any wrinkles or gray hairs. He is SO precious and snuggly looking. Great job being so fearless taking on two big dinosaurs so they won't have any thoughts of them sharing your food or sprouts, lol. You put a HUGE grin on my face, and I'm so glad that you had such a lovely birthday and enjoyed your gifts.

Jaska is gorgeous, and so lucky to have those nice sprouts. What kind of seeds are (were) they? I'm sure T. rex won't eat them, but I should watch the other guy.
They are really easy to grow, even I manage and I'm terrible with things like this. I'm sure Cotton and Daisy would love them

Jaska and walnut
As usual these hammies like to prove us wrong! Jaska and I have been having a little routine in the morning which has been so nice. I told Cypher about it the other day and what did he do the next day? Yes, he was a no show However he was back again this morning thankfully
He doesn't appear for long but I'm always so happy to see him however short it is. When I hear him having a drink at his bottle I will go through and he will sit in his tissue box house on his shelf beside his bottle and wait for me to open the front door to his cage. He still gets so startled by this and I can see him flinching. I will then put some hemp seeds on my hand and he will come and get them. I usually do this a few times, I know he doesn't eat them all as I always find a big pile in his stash Then I will offer him a little bit nut and he will usually sit and eat it, keeping his beautiful eyes on me at all time of course. He still doesn't like me trying to pet him but he was a lot calmer about it today (famous last words lol).

It's always lovely to see him & the photos of him munching on his walnut are so sweet, love the video of him having a good clean up after, the end where he runs of into his hideout really made me laugh, he's such a cute little guy
