Jaska has started to come out his shell a bit since his new wheel went in  He's a lot less shy though he still has his moments and he's not nearly as comfortable as Boris, Pasha or Artie when you're around. He's not running away as much when you walk in the room and he's staying out for longer meaning we get to see a bit more of him  He's still won't sit on our hands unless there is some "get fat" foods on there and seems happier to let you stroke him though he does make some strange chirpy noises sometimes when you do!
Here he is with his new best friend called Wheel.

Aww! so glad to hear he's continuing to gain confidence now he has his new best friend, I think Tinwë feels the same about his silent runner

I'm glad he finally get in good therms with the wheel. I'm sure he's going to have great times with it now. He looks so tiny next to the wheel... he's a cutie. Is it a 28 cm wheel or a 20 cm wheel?

Thanks everyone, he does look really tiny next to it (it's a 22cm wheel Hamsterita). I had to take it out yesterday to give it a clean with hot water as he's decided that pee'ing on his best friend is a good thing to do. I managed to get it out and back in while he was still asleep but I'm sure he would have noticed lol.
