Re: Boris & Pasha
Thanks all
We'd bought some rosewood dandelion treat sticks for the boys. Boris was more interested in eating the loose bits inside the packet than making any effort with acutal treat stick. Pasha went far too crazy for it and I've had to remove it lol.
Here's some photos of Pasha tucking in (As usual, please excuse my blurry pics!)
Mmmm tasty
This is how it looked when I took it out his cage (to hide from him!)
Where did my treat stick go?...
Still looking for it...

Re: Boris & Pasha
Aw - Charlie loved those as well The first time I gave him one he turned his nose up at it - no honey. Then he investigated it a couple of days later. They do demolish them - I found most of it ended up on the substrate or hoarded rather than eaten though. I wonder what Pasha will do when you put it back again. Charlie would reject a chew stick if I took it out of the cage and put it back again (he clearly thought I must have given it to someone else for a while). I am sure Pasha will just dive in again though and be less humpy about it

Re: Boris & Pasha
It will be interesting to find out Serendipity I find it hard to imagine Pasha rejecting it, he goes for his food like there might be a famine coming. I'm not even sure he knows what it tastes like either he just gets stuck in hardly taking time to breathe let alone taste anything. It will be interesting to see if like Charlie he takes the huff and ignores it, or if he has a frenzy with it (for the 5 minutes he's allowed it) lol.

Re: Boris & Pasha
Ha ha. He sounds such a funny active little hammy. They are both gorgeous. Pasha does have some expressions I tried a few of those Rosewood sticks. The dandelion was the only one he seemed to like and he gave me such a look when I gave him the one that had strawberry in lol. He doesn't like strawberries.

Re: Boris & Pasha
Lovely to see Pasha is also enjoying a dandelion treat stick - he really chewed it up! I love his expression in the 3rd photo.
