Re: Tinwë the brave!
Such a sweet photo of Tinwe enjoying his veggies - looks like a lovely feast he had I can understand how nothing else could tempt him away from the yummy veggies!

Re: Tinwë the brave!
I'm not surprised Tinwe gets stuck in, he so loves his veggies and knows eating them makes his mum very happy.

Re: Tinwë the brave!
Tinwë's been to the vet again today, I was worried about him yesterday as he just didn't seem himself but couldn't see anything wrong with him, oddly enough this morning he seemed better but he has a problem with his eye so I took him into the vet, his eye itself is fine thankfully but both upper & lower lids are swollen & inflamed, for now we have some drops to put in so hopefully that will do the trick, wait & see time again.
I don't think he's too pleased with me though, I had a job to wake him up when it was time to go he was so deeply asleep, he was so good at the vet though bless him, then when I got home he was so snug & cosy in his carrier on top of a (just warm) heat pad he was fast asleep again & I had to wake him up to get him out then put the drop in his eye so I'm probably not his favourite person right now!

Re: Tinwë the brave!
I saw you mention on another thread that you were preparing for a trip to the vet in the snow cypher. I have been watching in the hope you would let us know which little fluff had to go and why. Timwe really was a brave little man even though he may be rather grumpy with you for a little. Hopefully his eye will improve with the drops and I am sure he will love the treats he is bound to get for compensation!

Re: Tinwë the brave!
Thank you astrid & Coco.
All was forgiven this morning although I haven't done his drop yet, have to do it twice a day, so he may get a bit grumpy again later
I'm sure treats will help Coco!

Re: Tinwë the brave!
Oh no poor Tinwë, I hope the eye drops get to work quickly and make him feel more comfortable again. Must have been quite the adventure taking him out in this weather

Re: Tinwë the brave!
Thanks BP, it was a bit of an adventure but thankfully it stopped snowing most of the time I was out & it's such weird dry snow it wasn't icy on the roads & pavements either, I had been really worried about carrying him on slippery ice!!
He's had his drop this morning now & I had a good look at his eye, the lids are still swollen but much less red so fingers crossed it will soon be better.

Re: Tinwë the brave!
I am sorry to hear that you had to take Tinwe to the vets especially during the snow and cold weather too!. I hope the eye drop help his eye and works quickly to relieve any discomfort that he may have.
Fingers crossed he will be back to his usual self soon.
Sounds like Tinwe was keeping nice and tucked up in his bed during the cold weather!
