Awww Happy 1st Birthday handsome boy

Sounds like he's had a very nice birthday morning so far Cypher and I'm very pleased he came out for some birthday photos It is heart melting when they clasp your finger in their little paws. Absolutely love his snooze cube, I was wondering what pattern you would go for and I think that one suits Tinwë the Brave very much (after all who else would dare to sleep with all those skulls lol). He's very cute in all his photos and I know that "no more pics now Mum" pose

I've seen those bunny treats and thought they sounded nice but have never got them with it being fruit but I'm guessing as an occasional treat they would be ok

I didn't really expect any of my hams to like those treats really but it's just his kind of thing, he really seems to like things with dried veggies in them.

I think there's very little fruit in those treats & they are quite small so it might be worth giving them a go, someone might enjoy them!

I told Tinwë that no one else would dare go into his snoozecube & the scary skulls will keep him & his treats safe from predators

Happy first birthday to the handsome Tinwe. Had a big smile at his photo shoot in his new snoozecube. Great idea to fill it with treats! He looks cute in his wheel but I actually love the one where he has turned his back. Somehow it is full of character!

Happy birthday to the handsome Tinwë! He looks adorable in his photo shoot. Oh how I love Russian hamsters . I hope he enjoys his new treats and his snoozecube. I really like BorisPasha's birthday card , very sweet. Jasper sends his birthday wishes as well, and requests that Tinwë enjoy some sunflower seeds, as Jasper does.

Cypher, I just finished reading the entire thread of your beloved Tinwe. What fun!!! I ABSOLUTELY love this little guy! He is truly full of so much heartwarming personality and cuddliness. I love all of the pics, videos, and stories. It touched my heart how you came to choose one another 1 year ago and you chose his perfect name (which I absolutely love the meaning of btw). I laughed when he was playing in his sand bath getting sand absolutely everywhere and when he was trying so hard to finish eating all of the kabob treat. I melted when he would only eat his peas from your hand and you had to help with the monkey nuts. I was moved by all of the love and tenderness the two of you share with one another created by your truly special bond and trust. I love the journey of how Tinwe became the truly brave hammy that he is because of your loving nature and continual encouragement. What a wonderful year you had with him, and I can't wait to see what comes next! Glad that your birthday was marvelous yesterday, Tinwe, and I know you must be so appreciative of the snoozecube that has the powers to ward away all predators! lol Tinwe the Brave, be sure to give your wonderful mum a bunch of whisker kisses and wrap your tiny, little paws around her finger because she truly deserves it!

Tinwë had lots of all his favourite seeds, including sunflower of course so he was thoroughly spoilt, that was topped off with a saucer of sprouts, he doesn't seem bothered about eating them but does like to walk around on the saucer & stick his little head in the forest so still a bit of extra fun for him with some broccoli & tofu sprinkled with spirulina which he really enjoyed

I'm sure Zeki knows the word birthday lol! He was working extra hard at begging for more seeds, he seems to think birthday must mean his birthday As he's 18 months on Thursday I had to give in & let him have an early half birthday, I just can't say no

All I have to do now is try to fit the snoozecube into Tinwë's cage, good job they're so squishy as there isn't a lot of room!
